Return & Exchange Policy

The shipping flat rate is $5. However, If you live in Ann Arbor we can deliver your product or you can pick it up for free.

All products are unique and handmade and thus may not look exactly like what you see in pictures on the site. We are not immune to imperfections. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email daphne@vipsfund.org and we can arrange an exchange.
